Our Plasma torch consumables are readily available in a variety of configurations and sizes to meet the needs of your EVERLAST PowerPlasma plasma cutter or PowerPRO multi-purpose TIG welder / Stick welder/ Plasma cutter unit.
When changing your plasma consumables, make sure that you replace both the tip and electrode at the same time, even if one of them does not seem to show any wear. As well, make sure that you do not inadvertently throw out the torch’s swirl ring. This little beige ring may stick to your plasma torch tip and the plasma torch will not work well without it. The swirl ring should last much longer than your tips and electrodes. However, if you do throw this consumable out, you can easily order a new one.
